• If you encounter a problem with the products in your order that you think is not caused by the consumer, you can send the product to our address with your invoice within 1 year, the warranty period.
  • The inspection process for your product, which reaches our inspection department, is completed within 21 working days at the latest and you are informed.
  • As a result of the inspection, if a production-related problem is encountered, your product will be changed. In case of a user-related problem, your product will be sent to your address registered in the system with the contracted cargo company.
